Are you ready to kick-start your career by shaping the future of the creator economy? Talentir is on a mission to empower YouTube & TikTok creators by simplifying their revenue management and payouts with seamless solutions. We're a small, tight-knit team of under 10 people looking for a driven and creative Startup Growth Hero to join us in building something big.
Tasks
As a Startup Growth Hero, you’ll be wearing many hats and making an impact from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creator Success Outreach: Identify, engage, and build relationships with content creators to grow our network and help them thrive with Talentir’s solutions.
- Marketing Magic: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing campaigns that boost our visibility and brand.
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze user feedback and campaign performance to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support various initiatives, from product improvements to community building.

- Recent Graduate: You’ve just finished your studies or are early in your career and eager to make your mark.

- People Person: You’re confident and comfortable reaching out to creators and building genuine connections.
- Adaptable: You’re excited to learn new skills and tackle diverse challenges as they come.
- Interest in the Creator Economy: You understand the world of YouTube creators and are passionate about helping them succeed.
