You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the UX team, developing and maintaining clickable prototypes and final designs based on our user research.
- You will ensure design consistency across all parts of the product and constantly refine Prescreen design language.
- You will continuously challenge the status quo and suggest optimizations from a user experience perspective.
- You will use quantitative and qualitative research data to identify and solve user problems
- You’ll work in an agile environment with people from business, product and engineering

**Requirements**:

- Very good experience in prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch or Adobe Xd
- Proven experience of developing concepts and designs in front of the user for multiple projects
- You are constantly striving to refine your design concepts through user feedback and research, understanding our users’ struggles, needs, and motivations.
- You are a proactive and responsible team player and enjoy developing and helping less senior designers.
- You think outside the box but never make a design decision without considering the impact on the overall experience.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills while also being receptive to constructive criticism.
- You have acquired extensive knowledge of app/web technologies, design systems, usability and user research as well as agile development methods.
- You must have a good level of English.
