**Representative Customer Service Commercial (f/m/d)**:
In this role, you are the main point of contact for assigned customers, responsible for executing the Lead-to-Order (L2O) process and managing all commercial requests in line with AT&S procedures. You are involved in coordinating with internal departments, handling pricing and master data, supporting sales activities, and ensuring proactive, high-quality customer communication.
**Your responsibilities**
- Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication
- Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA)
- Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints
**Your Profile**
- Graduated from a business-focused secondary school (HAK/HBLA, Matura)
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, or sales support, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of SAP (especially SD and CRM modules)
- Experience with customer portals/tools such as JIRA and ARIBA
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
