Sportradar’s Audiovisual unit is responsible for developing and providing clients with high-quality streaming services. Interdependent teams and a grown infrastructure require an active communicator, a knowledgeable facilitator and a person who has the overview. This is you.

We are looking for a (**Junior) Business Integration /**Project Manager**for the coordination of sub-projects and their deliverables. You are working with the Project Manager to successfully manage all phases of the project life cycle. You stay on top of the communication with stakeholders where necessary and drive progress within the work streams. You keep oversight of the project and maintain the overall project documentation.

**THE CHALLENGE**:

- Manage and prioritise tasks effectively, especially when multiple sub-projects are running simultaneously
- Handle unexpected changes or issues that arise, requiring quick problem-solving and adaptability.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
- Function as project manager for integration work when needed, track the progress and performance accurately.
- Manage conflicts or disagreements within the team or between different teams.
- Ensure that all sub-projects align with the overall project goals and objectives.
- Identify resource constraints, such as limited budget or personnel, impacting the sub-projects.
- Continuously update and refine project plans to reflect the status, milestones and any changes

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- First experience in business process integrations or similar experience
- Communication is your key to success; Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Interest in streaming or systems architecture is a plus
- Simultaneous acting lies in your natural habit
- No fear from Gantt, Risk Registers, stakeholder matrices

- The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience._
