We are looking for a Graphic Designer

Minimum Qualifications
- Have 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or similar position
- Have experience in desktop design/editorial layout (Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Have a hands-on-mentality, structured and deadline-oriented way of working, quick perception and out-of-the-box thinking
- Be proficient in English, fluency in German is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience in creating PowerPoint templates
- Be able to transform complex data sets into comprehensible infographics
- Have a proficient understanding of corporate design
- Be able to adapt to multiple clients/brands simultaneously
- Have a good sense of humour and the ability to keep your cool under pressure
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Have UI/UX skills, which are considered a bonus

About this position

The Marketing and Communication Department of the Cryptix Group acts as an agency for many ventures and supports various brands. As Freelance Graphic Designer, you are supporting the Marketing Team in transforming design briefs and approved concepts into digital marketing visuals, ad banners and social posts. Furthermore, you work independently on desktop graphics, editorial design, high-quality presentations, and documents including related diagrams and infographics, specialising in Microsoft PowerPoint. In this role you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Communications Team and report directly to the Art Director.

The company founds, promotes, and maintains subsidiaries and participations that work under one vision to create the “People’s Financial Marketplace”. The Group consists of companies in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, and Slovenia.

Cryptix Labs GmbH, the in-house R&D centre provides technology insights focusing on Blockchain and DLT. In addition, Cryptix Labs acts as a service provider in the areas of IT infrastructure, software development, and business development within the Cryptix Group and for its clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Turn design briefs and approved concepts into digital marketing visuals, ad banner and social posts
- Produce high-quality presentations and documents including related diagrams and infographics, specialising in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Work with feedback from the team to adapt designs as necessary
- Manage and organize graphics files, deliverables, and design assets
- Understand our brands’ positioning, marketing strategy and style guide
