**Purpose & key responsibilities of the role**:

- Support Recruitment projects and Talent Acquisition across key stages, ensure updated records on online media & search tools, ensure compliance with GDPR (data protection)
- Search, source, contact & prescreen target talents, coordinate scheduling, gather & document feedback & decisions, align with multiple stakeholders
- Co-develop & support Employer Branding projects & HR marketing activities, collaborate with Corp. Communications & HR Teams, support workshops & help new global Employer Brand online & offline to be visible for technical target groups
- Support roll-out and trainings of Umantis e-recruit ATS (applicant tracking service) tool

The gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement in the chemical industry is starting from 3,000 EUR before tax per month, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
