**The Role**

We're looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team and turn trusted data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making across the company. From pricing strategies to churn prevention and market entry, your work will help shape key business outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders from **Customer Support, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Growth, Product, and Leadership**, and be part of a remote-first team that values autonomy, clarity, and impact.

️ **What You'll Do**
- Turn questions into insights: frame business problems, define the right metrics, and deliver answers that lead to action
- Collaborate with our FP&A Lead to support strategic planning — working on ARR forecasting, analyzing SaaS performance, and helping model team capacity needs
- Own KPI reporting: design and automate dashboards for revenue, segmentation, pricing tests, and more
- Tell clear stories with data: create presentations, dashboards, and memos for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Foster data-driven thinking: lead internal workshops to build analytics literacy across teams
- Partner with our Data Engineer: contribute to data model design, surface quality issues, and ensure long-term scalability
- Explore AI opportunities: prototype and roll out small-scale AI/ML solutions (e.g. anomaly detection, LLM-powered reporting)

**What You Bring**
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. dbt)
- Familiarity with BI tools like Metabase, Looker, Power BI, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset — you know how to simplify complexity
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in day-to-day analysis
- A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, especially when aligning with cross-functional teams

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience with Python (preferred), Go, or R
- Familiarity with Clickhouse, Airflow, and cloud-based data platforms
