Head of Employee Engagement in People

You will be responsible for leading the Engagement Strategy for RHI Magnesita, this role is part of our People & Culture function and embedded in our overall P&C Competence Center Team. The work on Engagement comprises work on our company culture & diversity, developing our leaders, ensuring skills training, providing career development and succession across the company - to ensure we remain an employer of choice. You will drive the strategy on these topics, design tools and programs, but also implement and communicate them to become effective.

We are looking for a leader to join our P&C Competence Center Team with home base in the corporate headquarter in Vienna or in our hub in Rotterdam. **Do you have the following background and professional skills?**
- more than 5 years of professional expert experience in international People & Culture work
- work experience in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
- knowledge on people development processes, tools, and trends
- high interest in Culture as well as in Learning Trends and their implementation
- experience in a Learning Management System
- strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- track record of building, implementing, and measuring talent and learning programs
- strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
- understanding of diversity & inclusiveness in the workplace and different learning styles
- strong interpersonal and active listening skills, communicating with employees and leaders at all levels
- fluent in spoken and written English

**About the job**
As a leader you will be responsible for all components linked to Employee Engagement, so in your role:

- You will design and conduct development programs for Leaders at all levels
- You are the driving force for our Culture & Diversity initiatives
- You ensure Change Management is not lip service, but truly lived
- You are responsible for the global Trainee program and further development programs
- You design, implement and coordinate holistic training and learning tools for the full organization
- You will present this framework to the top management
- You will support the RHI Magnesita strategy process with respect to People & Culture
- You will be a role model in leadership yourself and work with a global, diverse team
