As our Digital Growth and Content Manager, you’ll help define and grow our brand across digital channels. You’ll create engaging content and campaigns that connect with our audience and bring our vision to life. **Here’s what your role will involve**: Tasks - Manage digital channels: You understand how to use various digital platforms effectively and know what kind of content works best on each one. - Leverage digital tools: You stay up to date with the latest tools and platforms, and you're open to experimenting with new solutions to boost our digital performance. - Create and manage digital content: You’ll develop high-quality blog articles, demo videos, infographics, and social media posts that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience. - Maintain and support our website: You’ll be responsible for website updates, maintenance, and ensuring smooth user experience. - Align with strategy: You grasp the bigger picture - our business goals and our customers’ needs - and align your content accordingly. **Requirements**: What Makes You the Perfect Fit? - Can-Do Attitude: You bring energy, initiative, and a positive mindset to overcome challenges and try new approaches. We’re looking for someone proactive with a “let’s make it happen” mindset, who thrives working independently but also enjoys being part of a supportive team. - Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, confidently navigating content creation, mastering social media, and SEO. - Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. - CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot. - Project Leadership: Independently lead your projects, maintaining cool under pressure while juggling timelines, budgets, tasks, and digital content. - Solution-Oriented Creativity: Approach complex challenges with creative solutions.
