**Your challenge**
- Develop and execute the **Business Unit’s commercial strategy,** ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives.
- Lead c**ross-functional team collaboration**to identify and prioritize growth opportunities with **existing and new customers** in key market segments.
- Establish and drive **regional commercial strategies**, ensuring high-performing teams meet ambitious sales growth targets.
- Manage **customer project portfolio**, ensuring engineering excellence and maximized margin potential.
- Drive **customer segmentation, business intelligence, and strategic marketing** to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Inspire, lead, and develop **high-performing commercial project teams**, fostering a culture of **continuous improvement**.
- Optimize resource allocation to **maximize ROI and profitability.**

**Your Profile**
- **Degree** in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience**, preferably in the **plastics parts and components manufacturing industry**.
- Proven track record in** leading international teams and driving business growth**.
- Fluent in **German and English (written & spoken).**:

- Strong **analytical thinking** with the ability to **navigate complex relationships.**:

- Very good **presentation**and **communication** skills.
- **Intercultural experience** in matrix environment with a trustworthy, empathetic, and equal focused** people and performance leadership style.**
