We are looking for an Internal Audit & Compliance Expert responsible for overseeing compliance with internal processes and procedures and reporting to management on mitigating possible risks. **Your new job** - You support the head of Internal Audit & Compliance in the Internal Audit procedures of all TowersCos, and the communication with the Audit Committee, the Corporate Internal Audit of the major shareholders, and the external Auditors. - You audit the processes outside of the GBS in all TowersCos. - You prepare audit plans, complete the internal audit execution, conduct the local internal audit assignments, and perform ad-hoc IA assignments. - You perform an objective, independent, and competent Management Assessment and Management Testing across the Group. - You support A1 Towers Compliance, the Code of Conduct, Compliance Guidelines, and Compliance Audit. - You support the whistleblowing solution for the Group. - You support the Annual Audit of risk management. - You support SVB quarterly reports on risk areas and provide reports to relevant stakeholders. **What you offer** - aster’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. MBA preferred. - 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with an audit background. - Any additional certifications & licenses will be considered beneficial for the job. - Full proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Data analysis skills and the ability to propose straightforward solutions. - High-level communication skills to drive improvement and enhancement of company standards. - Critical thinker who can analyze complex information. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Organizational and decision-making skills. - Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and solution oriented. - You are fluent in the English language. **That makes you unique** - Drive and the willingness to "move mountains." **What we offer** We build on our expertise with constant learning, offer an open environment for every individual and provide flexible working time and office arrangements.
