We are a highly motivated, diverse and flexible team of 35 employees that act as a national sales company and importer of Volvo cars on the Austrian market and look after approx. 50 Volvo Cars partners - including authorized workshops. Together with them, we take care of our consumers and the appearance of the Volvo Cars brand in the Austrian market. Far from rigid hierarchies, titles and organizational silos, our focus is on cross-divisional collaboration.

The advertised position is part of the Business & Retailer Development, responsible for Workshop Quality. You will be located in our office in Vienna and visit the network on a regular basis. You will report to the Head of Service Business & Quality.

**Workshop Quality Responsible - this is what you will do**:
This position secures the sustainable implementation and follow-up of programs and initiatives to support and improve the workshop quality and service business processes at retailers. Your focus will be on customer service, handling customer complaints and workshop-related tasks. You will act as the consultant and mediator between NSC (National Sales Company) and retailers in complex technical matters to secure and evolve critical basic processes with a direct impact on customer satisfaction. One of the above described programs and initiatives is our VPS concept - our Volvo Personal Service. Your main responsibility will be to keep the VPS process on track and train the network to manage this in the best viable way.

**Your responsibility will include**:

- Drive & secure the quality of customer service processes at retailers' workshop
- Drive & secure further digitalization of the service processes and new services
- Execution of VCC’s service and workshop standards
- Support development & sustainable implementation of value chain instruments for services
- VPS management & enhancement internal and at retailers
- Monitor & support the development and implementation of sustainable measures to improve customer satisfaction at retailer level
- Training: develop and execute workshop system trainings
- Responsible for damage & repair projects
- Workshop efficiency and performance follow-up
- Support our retailers in the handling of difficult customer complaints and escalating technical issues

**We are looking for you**
This is the right role for you with proficient knowledge of the workshop processes and customer service. Excellent technical expertise in all aspects of automotive technology and vehicle sub systems will help you to succeed in this role.
Understanding of standards and services, workshop business including commercial background are highly valuable. Communication skills are critical for this role. You can communicate fluently in English as well as in German. Project Management skills will be beneficial.

For this position we are offering a monthly gross salary of 4.500, - EUR gross monthly; depending on qualifications and experience, with the willingness to pay more.
