Choose one of the most sustainable global trainee programs with job guarantee. After completing the 2-year sales program, an exciting position as **Key Account Manager** awaits you at our Packaging Division in our headquarters in Vienna.

**YOUR ROLE **:From day one, you will be fully involved in the daily business and get to know different cultures and working styles. What is your job like?
- You will gain insights into our business by working on challenging projects
- You will become familiar with the entire sales process and also the production chain
- You will identify new business opportunities, especially in regards to plastic substitution
- You will meet your peers at special networking sessions just for trainees
- You will take part in quarterly feedback and development reviews with the management

**YOUR PROFILE **:As a future leader at MM, you have to show that you can deliver high-quality results even under time pressure. What enables you to do this?
- You are a strong communicator with an outgoing personality who enjoys interactions with different stakeholders
- You have a sales instinct and are highly interested in the consumer goods industry
- You have a university degree in business or technical education, preferably with sales focus
- You have gained 1 to 2 years of initial work experience, e.g. through internships ideally in the FMCG industry
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C-Level) and a good command of German
- You are willing to travel 20-30% during and after the program within Europe
