**Depending on your skills and interests, you will**:
- Procure finished-goods and/or materials for co-packing, as well as shipment of the final product. This includes identifying and ordering the proper quantity, negotiating shipment terms and overseeing the timely delivery of materials needed to fulfil customer orders.
- Assess current orders and forecast future demand to provide adequate supplies and/or establishing production plans. Responding to changes in demand and/or supply and solving any supply chain problems that arise.
- Communicate with customers to manage information, unforeseen changes, and proactively mitigate service issues.
- Input and process orders, meeting the requirements set both by Mondelez and its customers. Overseeing the billing process and paperwork.
- Work with third-party logistic providers to ensure that HSE, quality, and compliance requirements are met. Additionally, ensuring proper service levels, performance (KPI) management, cost control, and daily management of operations and firefighting.
- Understand and execute Supply Chain activities such as stock take, physical inventory count, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, sales order entry, and purchase order entry if needed.
- Liaise with project managers, customer service, and Sales to provide delivery dates and shipping information. Work cross-functionally to ensure that the aligned schedule is met. Hold internal scheduling meetings with all key team members.
- Maintain master data to ensure data correctness
- Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for other team members.

**Education / Certifications**:
- Completed Bachelors/Masters degree in Supply Chain (preferable)

**Mandatory information in Austria**:The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement Information & Consulting für Angestellte. If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 47.500;
- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We’re willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
