Salesforce Administrator

OVERVIEW:
THE CHALLENGE:

- Maintain the developed Salesforce productive environment
- Implement new Salesforce features based on business requirements
- Translate Business processes to Salesforce processes
- Improve UI/UX for the standard user
- Improve constantly automation of the system
- Work with Sales Ops on data accuracy initiatives
- Work closely with our end-users and solve escalated problems
- Coordinate development with other project members and Salesforce admins
- Keep a good overview of the latest Salesforce trends and developments
- Keep a clean set-up of development and a productive environment
- Learn and improve constantly Salesforce knowledge with Trailhead, Webinars, and certifications

YOUR PROFILE:

- You have 1+ years experience as a Salesforce Admin and want to get a deeper understanding of the system
- Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and you worked with Process Builder, Flows and OWDs already
- Experience in working with Lightning
- You have an analytical mindset and find joy in solving problems
- You can organize yourself and work independently on given tasks
- Active participant of Trailhead and eagerness to learn more about Salesforce Technologies
- Salesforce Admin Certification and knowledge in Apex programming or Java is considered a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
