**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Drive international partnership negotiations as a key enabler for OMV's transformation across multiple types of relationships including feedstock or technology, multi-year or unlimited, conditional or unconditional
- Develop jointly with respective new business intelligence technology lead legal and finance bespoke negotiation strategy addressing all commercial, legal and financial aspects and own and drive implementation
- Develop partnership archetypes and hone negotiation approach to accelerate implementation of partnerships enabling OMV Refining's transformation
- Lead integrated team including other functions such as finance and legal for partnership negotiations/M&A activities or contracts
- Lead the definition of the optimum legal setup of new partnerships in joint cooperation with business/finance/tax and legal departments

**Your profile**:

- Master´s Degree in Business Administration or Law
- Minimum of 12 years relevant professional experience and ability to lead cross-functional/ cross-divisional teams
- Outstanding experience proven by references in contractual negotiations extending into long-term partnership contracts, acquisitions and equity participations
Ability to bridge between technical, project management and commercials details and strategic thinking to further develop partnerships and grow networks
- Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills, stakeholder management and problem-solving ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset and good understanding for cost and result drivers
- Fluent in English
