**Job Description**:

- As an error manager you will be responsible to manage and control the error management/solving/reporting process
- You will ensure and verify that all error tickets, raised by testers, are properly documented, including bus communication trace files and that all tickets are clearly assigned to the component responsible engineers
- Additionally, you will host to error meetings including all interface partners (testers and component responsible engineers) to ensure an agreed error handshake, to monitor the error solving progress and to define the error rating and criticality
- For error ticket tool handling you will be using Application Lifecycle Management tools like ALM or JIRA
- You will report the error status, solving progress frequently
- You will be working very closely together with the test manager and especially the integration manager with whom you will hand over your error reporting to evaluate the progress and risks for function implementation status in the project
- Furthermore, you will continuously synchronize the error electrics/electronics error landscape with complete vehicle error management responsible and you will share your experience with other error manager colleagues from other project teams

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably you have already gained experience with automotive systems
- Experience within error solving processes is beneficial as well as tool knowledge like JIRA or ALM systems
- You have an analytical approach and like to get to the bottom of problems
- You have a committed appearance, and you are used to act proactive
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a bonus
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- You don't lose track of things in difficult situations, and you can correctly prioritize parallel tasks

**Additional Information**:
The minimum salary is € 2760, - gross per month (14 x p.a.). Depending on your education and specific work experiences, there is a corresponding willingness to an overpayment.
