Due to the personal development of the current position holder, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for the Sugar Division (m/w/d).

As this position plays an important role in the achievement of our corporate goals, the job offering includes these tasks:

- Operational lead for 6-7 employees in Austria, who in total look after 5 companies at two locations in all HR agendas in a generalist manner
- Professional lead of international HR teams within the Sugar Division
- Management of national and international HR projects
- Continuous development of existing initiatives and initiation of further implementation measures in line with the divisional HR strategy
- First point of contact for the top Management
- Operational negotiations of company and collective agreements
- Responsible for HR controlling of the Sugar Division incl. budgeting of personnel costs for 5 companies
- operational recruitment of key positions

- Well-founded education in HR (recruiting, personnel development, labor law, processes, and administration)
- Operational knowledge of the entire life cycle in HR management
- Excellent German and English Skills (written and spoken)
- Very good MS Office skills
- Down-to-earth and hands-on mentality
- Very good communication skills on different levels
- High level of implementation skills
- Team leader experience in the industry or production sector

Our attractive salary packages are based on market salaries. For this position we offer an annual gross salary starting at 61.796,00-, participation in a bonus system as well as a company car. With appropriate qualifications and experience of course with overpayment.
