**Your territory**

As part of our Product App team, you will:

- Define new and innovative products and features to help dogs, cats, and pet parents worldwide, making a real impact in the pet-tech industry
- Own the end-to-end product life cycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and marketing, to bring ideas to life
- Drive data-informed decisions, analyzing trends and product performance to continuously improve our offerings
- Prioritize features that deliver maximum impact while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business value
- Drive experimentation, testing, and iteration to refine the app experience and achieve measurable results
- Champion an agile development process and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Tractive’s app stays at the forefront of innovation
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Your profile**

Key requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile app development
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Good technical understanding, in order to effectively collaborate with engineers
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Valid Austrian work permit

**Salary range**

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 55.000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
