The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Housekeeping Supervisor**

In this role, you work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and contribute with your hands-on mentality to the continuous implementation and improvement of our housekeeping standards.

**Your tasks**:

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
- Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
- Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
- Coordination of various projects

**Your Competencies**:

- professional experience in thehospitality industry
- Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar position
- Independent working methods and hands-on mentality
- Very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- OPERA knowledge is advantageous
- High operational readiness, flexibility and reliability
