**Your role at RBI**:

- Drive and foster our activities in loan syndications by supporting origination teams to generate more business opportunities and mandates.
- Follow international lending markets and banking activities to understand and anticipate trends and regularly share market information with stakeholders.
- Support and contribute to taking sound underwriting decisions for approval committees and steer underwriting positions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with loan distribution colleagues to gather market intelligence on liquidity and underlying market conditions, benefiting both the syndicate and origination teams.
- Engage in effective communication and negotiation with various stakeholders such as syndicates, clients, legal counsels, investors, and third-party service providers.
- Collaborate closely with other internal departments such as risk, legal, operations, relationship management, sustainability management, and also with syndication and structuring units across RBI’s subsidiaries in CEE, to implement and improve internal procedures.
- Actively contribute to pitch presentations, ensuring personalized interactions and tailored strategies.
- Provide senior syndication support to the deal team during the execution of syndications.
- Contribute to and review documentation such as Termsheets, Facility Agreements, and Commitment Documents.
- Prepare syndication opinions to facilitate participation in loan transactions across industries.
- Provide support to management in various projects, contributing to their successful completion.

***Your core competencies**:

- Several years of relevant work experience in a similar position, such as loan syndication, origination or distribution with a proven transactional track record
- Broad product and syndication expertise covering areas such as corporate, project finance, acquisition & leveraged finance or real estate finance loans
- Understanding of financial markets, their dynamics, and their impact on loan and credit markets
- Successful completion of a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Proficiency in Loan Market Association standards
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills: delivering your message assertively and tactfully
- Extensive network within loan syndication bankers, investors and borrowers, and the ability to build trusting working relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven individual with a high willingness to learn and work autonomously Collaborative team player, actively sharing knowledge and supporting the development of junior colleagues
- Willingness to speak up, challenge the status quo and engage with superiors
- Readiness to travel
