With a growing number of customers around the world, and an exciting data-driven product that is developing continuously, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (full-time) to join our team.
Tasks
Your role
- Develop & implement a marketing & communications strategy to 1) drive B2B sales, 2) increase brand awareness, and 3) position Ubiq as a thought leader in the mobility industry
- Take charge of the selection, implementation, use and ongoing improvement of marketing automation tools in order to enable inbound lead generation
- Plan and manage multistage marketing campaigns from needs analysis to campaign design and implementation to ongoing monitoring
- Create a content calendar in line with the marketing and communications strategy as well as produce content for various communication channels (social media, newsletter, product sheets, website, etc.)
- Take responsibility for Ubiq’s attendance at online (webinars, conferences, etc.) and offline events (industry trade shows, speaking opportunities, etc.). This includes inquiring about sponsorships, coordinating communication amongst various stakeholders, and executing on event attendance requirements
- Reporting on marketing & communications metrics
- Communicate with various external partners of Ubiq on marketing topics
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on an employer branding strategy to not only help recruit the best talent, but to also retain our awesome team
- Writing blog articles on topics related to shared mobility
**Requirements**:
What we are looking for
You enjoy working in a team but are not afraid to handle tasks independently. You love to come up with new ideas and implement them.
- 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing and/or PR
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing approaches & strategies
- Experience running ad campaigns (Linkedin, Google, Facebook, etc.) as well as defining and tracking metrics in order to understand campaign success and improve future campaigns
- Have used tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), Canva, Mailchimp, WIX, etc.
- Experience with digital marketing automation and inbound lead generation
- Excellent writing & communications skills in English and German
- Interest in the mobility market, shared mobility services & technology overall
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Motivated by achieving business goals through marketing activities
- Austrian permit required
- B2C on top of B2B experience can be a plus
