**The Role**:
As our Head of Marketing at Morpher, you are responsible for (surprise) everything related to our marketing efforts. This ranges from optimizing our SEO to creating the go-to-market strategy for our new products, to managing our social media and online presence. This also includes budgeting and our strategic direction including brand awareness.

**Your Skills**:

- You have an interest in blockchain-based technologies
- You have experience building up a marketing team from scratch and are not afraid to be hands-on in the initial phase
- You know about all areas of marketing, such as SEO, ASO, PPC, Affiliate and influencer marketing, social media and content marketing. We don't expect you to be an expert in all of them but extensive knowledge is a must
- Data is the driving force behind your decision-making process and you like to do experiments and optimize your marketing efforts
- You know how to put a brand on the map
- You know how to squeeze the most out of your budget
