As a **Product Manager for Scaffolding Systems**, you will be the driving force behind our global product portfolio and lifecycle management for scaffolding solutions in the construction segment. Your mission: identifying market opportunities, steering innovation, and ensuring our systems deliver maximum value for our customers.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll act as the key interface between Doka’s construction business and the Umdasch Group’s Industrial Solutions division — ensuring our scaffolding products seamlessly meet the needs of the construction industry worldwide.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Strategy Development**:Develop and implement a global product strategy for scaffolding systems aligned with Doka’s business goals.
- ** Portfolio Management**:Manage the full lifecycle of the scaffolding product portfolio — from introduction to optimization to phase-out — ensuring alignment with market needs and trends.
- ** Commercial Ownership**:Actively promote and leverage the portfolio to drive business performance across all regions. You will own the commercial success of your products and translate strategy into tangible results.
- ** Innovation & R&D Collaboration**:Work closely with R&D teams from Umdasch Industrial Solutions to define customer-centric product requirements and oversee new developments.
- ** Market Introduction**:Lead holistic product launches, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and pricing teams to develop compelling value propositions.
- ** Customer Engagement**:Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their challenges and ensure our scaffolding solutions exceed their expectations. Support sales teams during key customer engagements.
- ** Data-Driven Decision Making**:Analyze commercial and financial data to optimize product performance and guide strategic decisions.
- ** Training & Knowledge Transfer**:Act as the internal go-to expert for scaffolding systems and deliver product training sessions to our global teams.
- ** Global Collaboration**:Work closely with our regional subsidiaries to adapt strategies to local markets and unlock new opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in scaffolding, formwork, or construction systems
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
- Strong intercultural communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 50.400,00 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
