**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Represents as Divisional ICS Coordinator the Upstream Finance function in global ICS / Governance projects, Lead the internal control system activities within Upstream in close alignment with the Corporate ICS and the respective country ICS coordinators
- Ensure consistent compliance throughout Upstream with corporate standards and guidelines in the areas of ICS, Counterparty risk, Enterprise Wide Risk Management and other governance related finance processes
- Ensures best practice and knowledge sharing in ICS tools (RACM, spot checks); Support upstream subsidiaries with specific templates, tests and status reporting of ICS topics.
- Drives digitalization and standardization in all governance related topics
- Provides coherent overview of overall effectiveness and alignment of the financial governance system (i.e. ICS, CLR, Enterprise Wide Risk Management, tax risks, signature regulations etc.) within E&P, drives follow up projects to ensure best in class approach
- Follows up and ensures close out of governance related topics of internal and JV audits, develops solutions to rectify findings in cooperation with respective management and ensures - as applicable - roll out within Upstream
- Is responsible to advise on highly complex finance process in Upstream Joint Venture Operations
- Ensures knowledge sharing in financial topics in Joint Venture operations, including best practice for charge out, overhead & cost allocation included in Joint Venture Agreements, drives initiative to increase charge out accepted by JV partners

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Finance
- You have minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience
- extensive experience in financial governance with focus on internal control systems, risk management and applicable tools
- Extensive experience in Finance systems (SAP) and processes
- Strong understanding of OMV and Energy processes is required
- Extensive knowledge of Energy Finance processes incl. Taxes, Treasury, Charging and Cost Allocation issues is a must
- Strong understanding of financial procedures and management of Joint Venture Operations,
- Strong project management skills and proven record to lead multi cultural project teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
