We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly - sometimes beyond our expectations. **Job Description**: As a Senior Event Production Project Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the logistics and technical aspects of our non-catering events, from planning to execution across multiple locations worldwide. This is a highly involved role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Your typical day will involve leading the technical delivery of events, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, managing complex timelines, collaborating with the Senior Manager of Global Events Operations to establish budgets, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is delivered to event locations. - Lead the technical delivery and all logistics for assigned events from start to finish, including pre-event field enablement, collaboration across multiple teams, project management, onsite event support, and other duties. - Act as the liaison point between suppliers and contractors, design teams and the operational set-ups teams to deliver every detail of the events as planned with the client. - Oversee the successful technical delivery of all projects, ensuring the needed technical team is in place across each project. - Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative, extremely fast-paced environment. - Collaborates with Senior Manager, Global Events Operations, to establish event expense budgets and manage expenses, seeking cost-effective alternatives when possible. - Join forces with our transport department, communicating effectively to guarantee the delivery of all equipment needed to all locations where our events occur. **Qualifications**: - Strong experience in the operational and logistic internationals events - You are a proactive, service-oriented personality who likes to work in a team - You work in a solution-oriented and structured manner and bring a strong "hands-on" mentality with you - Excellent English skills, German language is an advantage Additional Information - Starting year salary of €90,000 - An extraordinary workplace to call home, events, fun colleagues, and all other regular salary/benefits stuff - A business where you can have a real impact, we're open to new ideas - Genuine career development opportunities, both nationally and internationally - The opportunity to work with and represent one of the most innovative players in the luxury global gourmet entertainment market
