you are experienced in lead generation in the European market, and you have an outstanding selling attitude? Then you are the missing puzzle piece in our Growth team We are looking for a Lead Generation Expert (f/m/x) who is passionate about the power industry and everything related with it. Together with your colleagues from marketing and sales, you build and nurture leads to develop qualified opportunities and future customers.

Tasks

you are a lead machine

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you
- contribute to the marketing and sales campaigns,
- research potential customers through different social media channels, focusing on our most important markets (DACH region)
- ensure the sustainable generation of leads and provide the foundation for a steadily growing sales pipeline,
- support the lead generation during events, webinars, fairs etc., and
- schedule customer meetings and demos.

**Requirements**:
how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy and
- value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom,
- have at least 3-4 years of experience in inside sales,
- understand each step of the lead generation process
- are fluently speaking German and English,
- preferably know your way around Hub-Spot,
- impress with your engaging personality,
- are interested in the power industry, power trading, and artificial intelligence,
- have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and
- are a curious person with a good sense of humour.
