**Job Description**:

- Main task: internal reporting and administration of internal sales database
- Ongoing data analysis of sales key figures regarding completeness, consistency and plausibility
- Consolidation of information from different sources (e.g. sales staff, executive director, sales departments, etc.)
- Assistance in the creation of sales relevant reports from internal databases
- First level support of various databases, handling question and problem issues and initiating authorization processes (user administration)
- Taking over Sales Management tasks, such as support of customer portals, customer care in general
- Professional Office Management and giving active support to the Sales team
- Competent contact partner for any administrative concerns within the department and support for the team in terms of professional business correspondence in German and English language
- Responsible for event planning, providing service for our business partners and setting up of presentation materials

**Qualifications**:

- Completed education (Commercial School or equivalent education)
- Relevant work experience with business background
- Profound knowledge of MS Office required (especially Excel)
- Ideally knowledge of PowerBI as well as ERP systems and databases
- Excellent German and English skills - in speech and writing
- Strong analytical thinking skills and affinity for numbers
- High level of initiative as well as confident handling with working under pressure
- Strong organizational and teamworking skills

**Additional Information**:
For this position the monthly (collective agreement) gross salary is starting at € 2.685,-. Depending on specific work experience an overpayment is guaranteed.
