Ihr Beitrag bei uns
Das Team ist verantwortlich für die Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, das Finden von Product-Market-Fit für Geschäftsmodell-Hypothesen sowie das operative Venture Building. Werden Sie Teil des Corporate Development Teams von STRABAG und erschließen Sie neue und herausfordernde Geschäftsfelder, welche die Bauindustrie transformieren. Dabei bauen Sie auf dem bestehenden Know-how von STRABAG-Expert: innen auf, genießen jedoch operative Freiheit und Flexibilität bei der Umsetzung strategisch relevanter Projekte durch die Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle.
Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Umsetzung strategischer Venture-Building-Initiativen für STRABAG von Beginn an
Leitung funktionsübergreifender Projektteams zur Transformation von Ideen und Konzepten in MVPs und skalierbare Produkte
Eigenständige Steuerung des gesamten Venture-Building-Prozesses mit Hands-on-Mentalität
Akquisition relevanter Partner (z. B. Softwareentwickler, Company Builder, strategische Partner, STRABAG-Geschäftseinheiten) zur Umsetzung von Venture-Building-Projekten
Präsentation strategischer Dokumente, Business Cases und MVPs vor dem STRABAG-Topmanagement in entscheidenden „Do-or-Die“-Sessions
