**Your territory**:**As part of our E-Commerce team, you will**:

- Develop our website to enhance user-friendliness and improve online user journeys, crucial for the success of our online shop
- Analyze user behavior using common web analytic tools such as Google Analytics and heatmap tools, and create A/B Tests for conversion rate optimization
- Design and implement landing pages to optimize user experience and increase conversion rate
- Adapt the website to meet the needs of different markets effectively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and web team to bring your ideas to life
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential

**Your profile**:
**Key requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in growing webshops, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Proactive and creative thinker, capable of generating optimization ideas
- Excellent analytical skills enabling data-driven decision-making using various web tools including Google Analytics, Heatmap
- and user testing tools
- Ideally expertise in setting up marketing landing pages
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
