**Better starts and ends with the customer**

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will support Western Union Business Solutions sales and key account management teams throughout the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for implementing standard and bespoke solutions for our new and existing customers and supporting the business on strategic regional deals. Reporting into our Pre-Sales Manager for Europe, you are responsible for supporting our sales and account management team in Europe with a focus on the DACH region on a variety of projects, from new business to upselling opportunities.

Ideally you will be a graduate in Business, a Technology related field, or in Foreign Languages with a focus on Business or Technology. You will be a native German speaker with excellent communication skills in English. You will have a good attitude towards innovation and change, with an inquisitive mind and clear organizational skills that work as a good base to be trained and coached. You should possess a positive can-do attitude, willingness to learn and the ability acquire complex knowledge.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude.
