**Your Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand pricing trends and competitive positioning
- Analyze customer demand and market dynamics to inform pricing strategies
**Cost Evaluation**:
- Evaluate the cost structures of spare parts, including production, logistics, and distribution costs
- Collaborate with the procurement and production teams to understand cost drivers
**Pricing Strategy**:
- In close coordination with the service pricing team, develop and implement pricing models and strategies for spare parts and complementary services
- Ensure pricing aligns with business objectives and market conditions
**Data Analysis**:
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess pricing effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization
- Monitor key performance indicators related to pricing and profitability
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, (service-) pricing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with overall business goals
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on pricing decisions
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in pricing and value analysis
- Propose and implement improvements to pricing processes and methodologies
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in pricing analysis, value analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the machine building industry
- Technical knowledge - familiarity with Jenbacher products and their spare parts to better understand the product offerings and customer requirements
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
- Financial acumen - strong understanding of financial metrics
- Experience with ERP and pricing software
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
