**YOUR TASKS**:

- You are responsible for the After Sales Services
- Together with your team you ensure a competent support of our international customers
- The leadership, support and further development of your team is particularly important to you
- You coordinate service operations, capacity planning and spare parts management
- You are the central contact person for internal departments (development, QM, production, etc.)
- You further develop the internal after sales processes

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed education (HTL/FH/University) in the field of logistics or supply chain management or similar
- Relevant professional experience in after sales, customer service or similar in an industrial environment
- You have experience in leading a team as well as very good German and English skills
- You are very comunicative, enjoy taking responsibility and have strong problem-solving skills
- Your environment appreciates you for your hands-on mentality as well as for your motivation to actively push things forward

The law requires that a minimum salary is stated in job advertisements and that is why we do this. The legal minimum salary for this position is € 52.000,00. How much you actually earn will be agreed with you individually and depends on your skills and commitment.
