You can learn more about the world of OMV below: **Our business** **Your role**: - You drive risk analysis along main end-to-end processes (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, Investe-to-Divest) and identify mitigating controls (Minimum Control Requirements) in alignment with Process and Control Owners - You ensure proper risk and control management and monitoring in accordance with legal and internal requirements (e.g., internal regulations, Internal Rules of the Executive and Supervisory Board, 8th EU directive, AktG) - You identify control harmonization potential and drive implementation across subsidiaries - You guide subsidiaries in control implementation (Risk and Control Matrixes) and ensure compliance with internal guidance and best practice - You independently spot check the effectiveness of subsidiaries' controls, document the execution and recommend remediation measures - You guide subsidiaries in performing spot checks and ensure consistant spot check quality across subsidiaries - You follow-up and ensure implementation of findings and improvement measures identified by subsidiaries, internal or external audit - You manage large, multi-functional stakeholder groups during risk and control identification, raise awareness for compliance and proper ICS implementation and train the ICS Community **Your profile**: - You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance - You have minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience - You have extensive knowledge and proven experience in ICS, Audit, Risk Management, Process Management or Finance - You have a solid understanding of OMV's SAP and/or process landscape - You speak English fluently - You have a "Hands on" mentality, strong result orientation and willingness to drive improvements - You have the ability to work independently and steer cross-functional stakeholder alignment - You are accurate and reliable **What to expect from OMV**: - We believe that we can only evolve and thrive as a company with a highly diverse mix of employees and by ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
