holding capacity, enable efficient delivery of nutrients to plants and enhance soil fertility

Administrative officer fulltime (f/m/d)

Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Aufgaben
- Operative and administrative

support of the Management Team
- Preparation

and follow-up of appointments and meetings (presentations, including taking minutes)
- Contact

person for our customers / customer care
- Identification

of optimization potential and initiation of concrete measures
- Creation

of reports and analyses
- Research activities

(identification of new suppliers, new partners, etc.)
- Participation

in customer briefings
- Organization and implementation of trade

fairs and events
- Service Partner for the

Team General administrative activities (appointment
coordination, newsletter, orders, office work)

Qualifikation
- Qualifications in secretarial and administrative studies
- Proven work experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- Attention to detail
- Open minded and able to work in a diverse and multi-cultural environment
