**Risk Manager (f/m/x)**:
**Full-time (38.5 hours per week)**:
**Challenges** you conquer**:
Lead the risk management activities for a medical device in development by MedAustron
- System and risk analysis for the intended use of a medical device (top level, system level, component level)
- System and risk analysis for industrial hazards (HAZOP)
- Safety for medical devices and industrial systems (risk-based safety architecture)
- Medical software risk management
- Cybersecurity for medical devices (risk-based security architecture)
- Transferred risks to other medical

**A background** that impresses**:

- Completed technical university studies
- Basic technical knowledge
- Understanding of medical device risk management according to ISO 14971
- Knowledge and understanding of safety standards (e.g. IEC 60601-1, EN 60204-1)
- Experience with medical device development according to ISO 13485 and medical software life cycle according to IEC 62304 is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication in English language
- Analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- Proactiveness and ability to work in a team

For the advertised position we offer a gross annual salary from € 46,781 (on a full-time basis) based on the classification in use group 4 of the collective agreement for white-collar workers in the metal industry, with the possibility of overpayment, depending on professional qualifications and experience.
