**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of all Direct Material cross functional processes and execution e.g. Supplier Segmentation Assessments
- Develop and lead INNIO Procurement strategies for assigned categories
- Drive procurement initiatives, including best cost country supplier selection & rationalization of supply base
- Interface with INNIO internal business leaders and functional owners to validate procurement strategies
- Proactively support project leaders in New Product Introductions
- Identification and implementation of continual improvements (Tools & Process) for sourcing functional activities e.g. supplier performance management
- Planning, tracking & reporting of sourcing led initiatives e.g. savings projects, inflation control & supplier relationship management activities
- Maintenance of functional KPIs and establishment of new

**Your Profile**:

- Strong working experience in strategic procurement, supply chain or a technical role (e.g. product development)
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical (e.g. Mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering) or business management related discipline
- An excellent technical aptitude, complemented by strong business acumen, as well as influencing, negotiation and facilitating skills. Ideally a knowledge of reciprocating engines and/or the power generation sector
- Experienced in full life cycle project management including strategy development
- Strong customer service mindset with ability to improve internal customer relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills, strong MS-Office skills
- Team player mentality with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English (oral and written), German and/or other language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time to our global supply base

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.502,64 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
