**As a TA Specialist at Storyclash you will**:

- Own the recruitment and selection process of assigned vacancies.
- Promote positions on effective job boards/platforms.
- Develop PSL (Preferred Supplier List) and collaborate with external recruiters.
- Work along with the People and Culture Manager on topics such as employee retention and development strategies.
- Work along with our TA Specialist on employer branding initiatives by organizing and attending career events, collaborate with marketing to share employee testimonials/success stories on social media and manage employer review sites.
- Be up to date with the latest hiring trends, tools and techniques.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

- Proven experience in technical and non technical hiring.
- 3 years experience in full-cycle high volume recruiting, sourcing and employer branding.
- Proficient using social media and job boards.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
- Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- In depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
