**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are responsible for the commercial and legal drafting, negotiation and review of contracts for Hydrogen Refueling Stations
- You will consult the organization and management in legal aspects, in particular in the areas of contract law (in an international environment), administrative law and public procurement law
- You review and comment on complex, international tenders under commercial and legal risk aspects and you prepare the corresponding commercial offers on your own responsibility
- In this role you will consult the departments and projects along the entire project life cycle with regards to legal, commercial and compliance aspects
- You will coordinate the relevant technical departments to examine liability and insurance concepts, tax implications, payment securities as well as personnel secondment concepts
- You will lead the settlement of legal disputes and, if necessary, conduct legal proceedings with the involvement of external law firms
- Further you will be involved in claim and change order management
In coordination with the respective Global Functions, you will also provide legal support in other matters
- You are responsible to ensure that all elements of the Linde Minimum Requirements for contracts are maintained and incorporated in all contracts

**What makes you great**
- You have a degree in law
- In addition you have already gained relevant professional experience in an international company, ideally in the process plant industry
- You have strong negotiating and excellent communication skills, in German and also in English
Language skills in French are a plus
- You approach your tasks in a structured manner and are a team player at the same time
- Moreover you are flexible and willing to travel within Europe (mainly Germany and France)
