As the boutique manager, you will have the pivotal responsibility to identify and execute comprehensive and 360° boutique action plans, as well as developing, engaging and leading our team (currently 20 people) in our Boutique Vienna.

As a strong and strategic leader, you will play a key role in the project of
**renovation and extension of our Boutique** scheduled next year.

In the frame of your responsibilities as Boutique Manager, you will take over the following missions:

- Attract, develop and motivate a high performing team
- Optimize boutique performance by developing agile business strategies
- Drive best practice and cross functional collaboration with other boutiques and head quarter
- Strategize on business opportunities in an omni channel environment to maximize sales
- Ensure and develop an exceptional client experience through an effective floor management
- Uphold the boutique operations and internal organization of the Boutique, audit and inventories management
- Ensure compliance with all guidelines such as merchandising, general appearance
- Identify and execute client development strategy, client telling initiatives and client follow up
- Elaborate Cartier Maison network as a top luxury Maison in the city and at internal meetings

In the context of the renovation and extension of the Boutique, you will be responsible for the organization of the transition between the current and the new Boutique. You will implement and identify with the Head Quarter the key actions to implement and ensure a smooth transition at all levels (operational organization, management of the resources for the new structure).

**Your qualifications**:
Completed vocational training or studies as well as several years of experience in successful leadership, motivation, recruitment and development of a team at similar size
- A people person with high empathy, motivating and excels in a constructive leadership style and with extraordinary communication skills
- Experience and curiosity for retail transformation and use of new digital tools
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a performance
- and result-oriented way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Creativity, curiosity and empathy for demanding, international clients
- You are confident in dealing with digital tools and enjoy using them efficiently in everyday life (omni-channel)
- Fluent in German and English; ideally very good knowledge of another foreign language
