Join us as and be part of a colorful pack of high performers as we redefine the snacking culture globally and illuminate how food can nourish the whole person and the whole society. **YOUR TASKS**: - Writing and composing marketing and brand campaigns - Implementing marketing plans including print, broadcast and online content - Responsible for localization strategies in the respective markets to adapt the brand and product philosophy to the individual cultures, flavors and languages - Organization and planning of press conferences from logistics to content management - Plan meetings, events, conferences and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contracts, developing schedules and assignments and coordinating mailing lists - Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data, providing recommendations to sales and marketing leadership regionally - Preparation, implementation and control of Marketing Budget - Close collaboration with sales to fulfill KPIs and show effect of marketing on sales growth **YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practice in Marketing, Communications or a related field - Marketing and PR experience in food, snacks, beauty and wellness or pharma area preferred, - Excellent command of English written and spoken, knowledge of an additional regional language is preferred - A confident personality as well as an exceptional work ethic - Strong background in understanding Digital marketing, Brand management, PR and media relations, - Excellent communication skills inside and outside the company as you will be the spokesperson of the SANY Group, representing many different stakeholders and interests - Ability to adapt quickly and love to work under pressure - Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for snacks, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking" - Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity, professional appearance and discretion are mandatory **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: - CULTURAL, TEAM AND TASK DIVERSITY - FAST PERSONAL AND CAREER GROWTH - FLAT HIERARCHY AND 100% FAMILY BUSINESS - OWNED AND - RUN - BUILDING A GLOBAL GROUP WITH STRONG LOCAL FOCUS - GLOBAL TRAVEL: TRADE SHOWS AND BUSINESS MEETINGS FROM DAY 1
