As our successful Technology Resiliency Planning Sr. Analyst (Disaster Recovery), you will contribute to Takeda’s mission by providing technical analysis and expertise on IT projects to influence appropriate technical resiliency requirements.

Integrate specialized technical expertise and a consultative approach in solving complex technical problems as individual or as team member.

Provide technical analysis and configuration guidance of solutions according to Takeda standards using deep knowledge of IT solutions and landscape re technical resilience to owners, architects, technical teams and testing.

Using various analytical IT processes and independent judgment to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex technical challenges to deliver consistent quality services to IT solutions.

Evaluate problems and adequately communicate the situation, resolution alternatives, costs and benefits, resource requirements and implications

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce meaningful, periodic reporting on Technology Resiliency program health for the Technology Resiliency team
- Applies System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Technology Resiliency standards to project work and the working field
- May lead implementation of Resiliency solutions and/or systems by leading segments of a major project across functions or regions.
- Work independently and are primary resource on complex technical issues in the discipline.
- Establishes relationships with colleagues and vendors and is influential in technical support of projects and ongoing operations.
- Create and document steps/processes to be followed by technical teams.
- Identify and track interdependencies across multiple systems.
- Ability to write Excel macros and basic automation steps
- Operates autonomously in the execution of resiliency tasks
- Responds to inquiries from IT system owners and makes appropriate, timely decisions. Raises complex issues to manager for guidance when necessary.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, with problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong Excel skills. Proven experience in data analysis and data manipulation experience.
- Experience effectively operating in and navigating a global organization with teams located across geographies.
- Able to orchestrate, prioritize, delegate tasks for high-performance teams.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is €3.389,68 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
