ESEIA is seeking to recruit for the position of
ESEIA Communication Assistant

ESEIA offers an international job opportunity addressing major aspects of communication in the field of sustainable energy systems with the ultimate goal of climate neutrality. The person will work with the ESEIA Team on implementing the ESEIA Communication Strategy. The position includes the following tasks related to the communication of ESEIA activities on the organisation level as well as on EC project level:

- Developing success stories in cooperation with the ESEIA Working Groups;
- Participating in the dissemination and communication of EC projects;
- Developing the quarterly ESEIA Newsletter in cooperation with ESEIA members;
- Keeping ESEIA basic information updated (ESEIA presentation and image folder);
- Creating content for the ESEIA web site;
- Creating the ESEIA Annual Report;
- Designing stories for ESEIA social media channels; Creating brochures and announcements;
- Communicating with ESEIA members on a regular basis;
- Participating in international project meetings relating to dissemination and communication.
- Organising weekly editorial meetings;

- Graduate (Bachelor) or Post-graduate (Master’s) degree holder;
- Communication talent and experience with EC projects;
- Good understanding of sustainable energy systems;
- Excellent command of English both written and orally, other languages are an asset;
- State of the art computer skills, especially MS Office, WordPress, and InDesign;
- Ability to operate in a complex international environment;
- Eager to learn and develop and availability to travel internationally in Europe;
