As Team Leader, Electronics Design (M/F/d), a responsible field of activity awaits you in a 10-member team, which is responsible for the design and development of electronics and firmware in the R&D group Emerging Applications. The task of this group is the development of new product lines of active implantable and non-implantable medical devices in the fields of neuromodulation and stimulation.

Your Tasks- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the electronics design team
- Coordination and control of resource allocation within the development projects
- Collection and analysis of requirements as well as concept development for new products
- Function as development-accompanying contact person for topics around project and quality management
- Lead responsibility in certain development and design projects of analog and digital electronics including firmware
- Design documentation according to internal quality management system and regulatory requirements
- Your Profile- University degree or higher qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or communications engineering
- Know-how in circuit design (analog and digital), as well as in hardware-related programming
- At least 5 years of professional experience with hardware and firmware development
- Experience in modern project leadership or team leadership approaches is an advantage
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the medical device area
- Very good communication skills as well as very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken

- Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 52,509.94.
