**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Health, safety, security and protection of environment at the workplace, participates in HSSE trainings (according to OMV competency maps) and contributes to integrate HSSE into the company culture
- Establish and implement digitalization initiatives for the dedicated area to maximize the opportunities of digitalization, through evaluating business impact.
- Guide and lead the business through internal infrastructure/frameworks, policies, processes and systems that maximize the commercial and operational success.
- Guide and lead the research, identification, development and implementation of efficiency as well as growth opportunities.
- Identify and lead the implementation of opportunities for the dedicated area for continuously gaining efficiencies trough process improvement, reduction of complexity, standardization and automation
- Create, collect and evaluate improvement ideas to increase the OMV quality of customer services, systems capabilities and profitability
- Ensure appropriate overview and harmonized processes across Customer Operations, ensure the sharing of knowledge and best practices across the countries and business units
- Initiate and lead the projects as project manager (e.g implementation of new digital tools, system improvement, RPA, EI) and coordinate Customer Operations projects as demand manager
- Guide and pursue month end closing activities by liasing with all relevant departments (finance, sales, within customer operations, )

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor degree and at least 5 years experience
- Experience in designing design, developing, and implementing an operating roadmap (process and automation)
- Experience in translating business requirements into systems and product roadmaps
- Experience in setting priorities through a robust ROI framework that bridges business needs and platform requirements
- Experience in driving continuous improvement with all levels in the organization
- Ability to analyse processes, develop new ideas and solutions.
- Have a proactive approach and be an excellent team player
