As a Sustainability Manager you will make a positive impact by:

- Push refurbishable design in Engineering stage (focus on electronic engineering, mechanical engineering)
- Push initiative for designing for Refurbishment
- Technical product analysis
- Supporting material research and selection including feasibility check and prototyping within the Engineering department
- Single-Point-of-Contact for Refurbishment Q&A towards supply chain team
- Support on selection of new technologies to enable innovation
- Support of creation of recycling guides (e.g. batteries)
- Support Product Management in Sustainability challenges
- Support on LCA calculation

**Qualifications** Qualifications we’re looking for.**

**Experience**:

- 3+ years in sustainability management (or similar role)
- Environmental Impact assessment
- Basics in project and product management
- Work experience in interdisciplinary global teams

**Skills**:

- Regulatory Compliance and Certifications (FDA, CE)
- Know-How managing supplier relationships
- Basics in business administrations and economics
- Basics in mechanical and electrical engineering
- German and English both spoken and written

**Education**:

- Technical degree (e.g. Material Science or Chemistry)

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.843 gross per month for full-time employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
