**Tactical Planner (f/m/d), Drug Product, Schaftenau, Austria**
365 days a year, our global manufacturing and supply network operates to ensure our patients have the treatments they need to live longer, healthier lives
**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Establish efficient master production schedule (MPS) for the tactical horizon from 3 to 24 months
- Responsible for the capacity and resources planning
- Adjust MPS to the production plan approved in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning), facilitate supply review meeting and actively support the entire S&OP process
- Coordinate action plans to remediate resource constraints
- Ensure right level of SKU inventories

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:Essential**:
- University degree in life science, engineering, business or equivalent experience
- 3+ years shown experience in manufacturing, logistics, production planning or equivalent
- Proficient in English and German
- Good interpersonal skills, customer oriented, quality focus and a result driven attitude
**Desirable requirements**:
- Preferably work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of SAP, MPS and planning systems in general, excellent production planning and control skills are preferable
- Proven project management experience and problem solving skills

For this position the minimum salary is € € 52,204.04 / year (on a full time basis).
