**Your tasks**:

- Eigenständige Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten in der Logistik
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen/Arbeitsabläufen
- Erstellung von Reports und KPIs für den Bereich Logistik
- Sicherstellung der Durchführung von angemessenen Qualifizierungen im Bereich Logistik
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Qualifizierungen und Validierungen pharmazeutischer Transport
- und Logistiksysteme sowie Lagerbereiche
- Präsentation von Logistik und Qualifizierungsprojekte bei Behörden
- und Kundeninspektionen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Arbeitsvorschriften
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungsmeldungen, Change Controls und CAPA

**Our expectations**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU, Universität)
- Technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse von Logistiksystemen bzw. (c)GMP- (EU, FDA) und GDP-Richtlinien wünschenswert
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Umfassende MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
