Creative Artworker

**Description**:
Indicia Worldwide is a globally recognized insight and technology-led communications agency. We help brands activate their marketing more effectively and efficiently by combining creative talent, data-driven insights, and production expertise. Our teams deliver engaging marketing assets across Europe for major international brands.

As Creative Artworker, you’ll play a key part in producing high-impact marketing and retail assets for major global brands. You’ll ensure top-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned output across print and digital channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, adapt, and prepare print-ready and digital artwork (brochures, flyers, press ads, POS, displays, digital assets).
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all projects.
- Liaise directly with clients and internal teams, mentoring stakeholders as needed.
- Use your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering for varied project needs.
- Manage multiple projects from brief to completion, delivering on time and within budget

**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong experience in artwork and design production for print and digital media
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering
- Pre-press, print, image retouching, and proofing expertise
- Fluent/native Polish and high-level English communication skills
- Direct client-facing experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing tech platforms (e.g. DAM, ad delivery tools) is a plus
