Technischer Redakteur

To join our expanding team, we are looking for a **Technical Writer (M/F/d)** in Full-time employee at our Klagenfurt location in Austria.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Composing release notes and technical documentations
- Maintaining a consistent tone of voice across all documentation
- Managing the knowledge transfer to our support teams
- Being point of contact for questions about product features and configurations once you have deeper knowledge
- Maintaining our knowledge space in Confluence, structuring information, and managing templates

**Your profile**:

- Matura degree (HAK, HTL)
- Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Gitlab, etc. is good to have
- First professional experience writing technical documentation desirable
- Independent working style, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Quick learner with the ability to understand complex technical processes
- Very good writing skills in English and German
- Passion for textual and graphic design
- A keen eye for detail

For this position the IT KV classification ST1 (€ 42.224;
- p.a. gross) is intended. A higher salary is possible depending on professional experience and level of training.s
